From Martin coming to give a realistic evaluation to Vicki helping the entire way to completion everything ran smoothly. Other estate agencies did a quick look around and then gave evaluations that seemed unrealistic although potentially enticing. Martin however with his extensive local knowledge and knowledge of property development gave a valuation that attracted buyers and we got a sale relatively quickly. There were legal and building issues which Vicki negotiated between ourselves and the buyer effectively and efficiently. Always a friendly interaction and hassle free. Would highly recommend

I had an extremely difficult and ever changing situation with my sale due to complications on mortgages and building works that I needed to resolve to complete a sale. Parker Stag helped me every step of the way staying diligent and invested and I can’t thank Vicky and India enough for putting up with me and getting everything to the finish line. Honestly can’t recommend them more highly for all they did through what was a bit of a tough time due to complications that arose (again through no fault of theirs, they helped along resolving those issues with me). If I could give no stars I would! We had 3 kids in the house we rented off them. Boiler broke several times in winter, contact the repairs and they said get a fan to heat the house! Mould all over due to their negligence! First this was from the roof, then from needing new windows, then condensation, but not one person came into the house until I contacted environmental health! They fitted the house with a PIV in the middles of winter and told us this was ran off a battery pack, until we got in the loft and seen we were paying for the removal of the mould! House was freezing cold and made my children ill. They did not care one bit as long as the rent was being paid each month! Jennie would say what she needs to then put the phone down! Jack, need to get more training as he hasn’t got a clue, all they could say was ‘we’ve spoken to our legal team’ cause they knew they were in the wrong! They then take our bond and say this is due to a dirty oven, which was disgusting when we moved in! Black all around the bath and marks already on cream walls. Told me to buy a wardrobe they couldn’t get out, and because I couldn’t get it out, I’ve been billed for it! The whole company is an utter joke and I would avoid as far as I could! I will also upload the pictures of the mould that they left a family in! A young boy with asthma, pregnant lady and someone with type 1 diabetes all made worse due to the mould they left! The company should not be allowed to deal with people and need more checks! We’re nice as our when they wanted my money! They took pictures on the check out that were not in the check in report, so they can screw you over! Absolute disgrace if a company!

A wonderful story has come to end ...... 13 years ago I purchased an investment property (Parker Stag assisted) and put it on the rental market (managed by Parker Stag). I only had one or two weeks in the whole period where the house was vacant (as a result of Parker Stag management).
