I would recommend Rooted house agency for the seriousness, fast response and direct. They have polite staff that is willing to help you throughout the process. They are very patient with me and helped me with lot’s of things and questions. Moreover, they shared some very useful information about renting that is. Skill to carry around. Thank you for being so helpful. Jose.

After so many bad experiences with estate agents in the past, Rooted was a breath of fresh air! Scott and Max handled everything to ensure a smooth process and minimal stress for us. I appreciated their transparency and clear communication throughout, which truly speaks to their experience and mission. I can’t recommend Rooted enough for anyone looking to rent in East London. Eventhough I am not their tenant yet, they are so friendly when dealing with enquiries. They don't make you feel like you're a loser because you don't qualify for the property. They will call you back as soon as you ask for details. I hope I can get a property to rent from them soon.

I used Rooted to sell my property. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this agency. They were friendly and extremely professional. I have already passed their details on to several friends who are putting their property on the market in the next few months.
