Selling our flat with Dean from Rooted was an amazingly smooth experience. He arranged viewings quickly and he managed the offers we recieved with clear and quick communication. Rooted are a small company, which meant Dean handled our sale from first visit to completion. We didn’t get passed off to a junior once we’d accepted an offer. He helped us chase solicitors throughout and was always quick to reply on WhatsApp with helpful information and updates and friendly messages. We’ve all heard bad things about estate agents, but I’m glad to say that Rooted proved themselves to be an exception! I’m very glad we didn’t choose a big name and couldn’t recommend them enough.
