GoogleUnprofessional, unethical, un-trained and RACIST estate agent. Its a one man company. Very childish and psycho approach to deal with the customers. Mr Imran must learn some manners. I would not recommend this agent to anyone. Its a waste of time and energy. Stay away from him otherwise you would be disappointed like me and you will end up writing a review against him to warn other people.

GoogleAvoid this agency if you are a tenant! High fees ; deposit returned late (I had to contact them to remind them ) and short amount from it received back! Very disappointing service!
Dear Ms. Mihai, We are sorry that you feel that way however it usually takes 14 days for us to release the deposit as we do not hold the deposit, by law we have to register the deposit in certain schemes. This is to protect your deposit, as the money is held by third party it hence takes longer than expected. In regards to the deduction from the deposit they relate to dilapidations. Any such deductions are always made aware of, should the tenant be dissatisfied we always suggest to rise a dispute with the deposit protection schemes. We are here to provide a non-biased service and if for any reason you feel that you have not received a quality service you can follow our complaints procedure and we are happy to resolve it for you.
