If you are a tenant, better to avoid! High fess and not professional at all. They arranged a viewing for which they person didn't come, told us to get in touch with a landlord to let us in (scheduled also 4 other people at the same time without telling anyone a world), landlord never let us in, after 30 min random guy arrived and wanted to take us to the wrong flat. We (people that wanted to view a flat) had to tell the guy the right flat number. Time wasters and shockingly unprofessional when it comes to tenants.
