From Start to finish, brilliant service from Suk and team. Suk was very knowledable, diligent and ensured everything went smoothly. The letting process was smooth from viewings to getting the tenants over the line and with all their digital technology used it was so quick. Highly recommend the team at Edward Chase. GoogleA few minutes ago I had an unpleasant conversation on the phone, poor hasty service not at all professional, it is not possible for such a rude person to work for a estate agent. I was just sking to make an appointment to see a property he didn't let me finish talking with a bad attitude. This person doesn't know how to do this job and doesn't even know how to approach people professionally for any other type of customer service. GooglePoor service given by this firm and Sim. Wanted to book an appointment to see a property to rent they represent, they cancelled the viewing as they did not get enough people interested/confirming for the day. Spoke to a rep called Sim, awful attitude, said to me 'what's my problem?' My problem is, why rep a property if its too far for you to show it to a client?? Its your job to show property to clients you are putting up on renting sites. At this rate you won't get the job done for the landlord!NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleAvoid they had a property advertised for rent asked for my details and did not call me back when property was available and I then asked them how comes you didn’t call me and of their employees replied back to me saying “we don’t call no one back”.
Dear FiveZero FiveZero Thank you for your 1-star review. We have tracked you on our system as an ‘applicant’ attempting to arrange a viewing on a rental property. We feel you may have faced some confusion concerning our internal procedures and apologise in advance if we had not been clear on how we operate. From investigating the matter, I can confirm that upon your initial request for a viewing we had notified you we had been waiting for the Landlord to confirm their availability and once their availability was confirmed, we would email you confirmation of the viewing date and time. This was because the Landlord had been away over the Christmas period and we were awaiting the Landlords return. We can further confirm, when you had called the Goodmayes office on the 15th January 2020 you mentioned to the negotiator ‘you were told you would receive a call back’ to which the response was ‘sorry, we would not advise that you would receive a call back it's our company policy we only email back as we register between 60-80 new applications a day, and emails are sent to all interested applicants’. We concluded the conversation by notifying you the viewings on the property in question had been held on Saturday 11th January and the property was now under offer pending referencing at the full asking price. Please take note, review blogs on Google are generally for consumers who have ‘experienced’ a company’s service. We wish you luck in your property search. Thank you Edward Chase
