The lettings management team is very unhelpful to landlords and very unsupportive. If you are a landlord think twice before lettings out wuth Douglas and Allen Less than one start I'd give If possible!!!!

Only placed an offer yesterday, but so far absolutely brilliant service. I am not local and had a long journey to view lots of properties. Ann-Marie came with all the relevant information and was really helpful during the arranged viewing. She offered a second viewing. By the end of the day, I had decided I was interested in the property. Ann-Marie was out when I contacted the office late in the afternoon, but James kindly came out at very short notice to do the second viewing and save me another long journey on a different day. If it wasn't for Khaleesha from their Woodford branch then we probably never would have gotten that property as she was very flexible in getting us a viewing so late on in the day! Riana was very thorough and professional, i was confident she would help me find my flat. she would let me know when a new property was coming on and told me about the VIP homefinder service, which is how I ended up finding my perfect flat!
