Exceptional service We purchased a house through Douglas Allen and although solicitors and the legal process made it extremely stressful, the team at Douglas Allen were brilliant. It started with Ann-Marie making sure we visited ‘our house’ and finished with the indomitable Dawn going over and beyond to make sure we made the correct decision and was on-hand with any help or requests.
