As a first-time buyer, I cannot recommend the Churchill Estate Agents team in Walthamstow enough. From the very beginning, they were patient, supportive, and understanding of both the financial and emotional journey that comes with buying a home. A special mention must go to Gary, the Branch Manager, as well as the amazing Dovile and Daniel, along with the rest of the team, who all went above and beyond throughout the process. Every phone call was answered, every question dealt with promptly, and the whole team worked seamlessly to ensure everything was followed through. After more than seven months of support, I was finally able to close on my home, and I truly believe it would not have been possible without their dedication. I have to agree with other reviews that Churchills is the best estate agent in the area. Sally, Andy and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make sure our sale went through in very challenging circumstances. They were totally honest and upfront with us during the whole process, and were generally lovely to deal with (we are actually going to miss speaking with them regularly!). If anyone is considering selling their house, we really couldn’t recommend them highly enough - especially if you value integrity, honesty and hard work from your estate agent!

Jack Johnson was incredibly helpful, and did an expert job of navigating a complex chain for us, making sure the whole process went smoothly from start to finish, despite multiple difficulties upstream in the chain. Excellent Service turns out selling your house is the easy part! Churchills were very good at marketing my house, handling the viewings and negotiating the deal. However, where they excelled was in closing the sale. Keeping on top of the surveys, solicitors and all the elements of the chain that can derail the process.
