GoogleElaine and the team in Wanstead were helpful and responsive with the process of preparing and signing the tenancy agreement. Existing damage was quickly identified and plans have been made for repair. We moved in a couple of weeks ago and have been happy with our experience with Bairstow Eves so far.

GoogleWe had a great experience through Bairstow Eves Wanstead led by Elaine who found us the perfect 2 bed flat for moving out from my family home. The team were super responsive and supportive throughout the entire renting process. This allowed us to move in really fast and Adam ensured we had a smooth moving in day and that we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend Bairstow Eves if you are looking to move to the Wanstead area.

GoogleAdam and Elaine at Bairstow Eves have been excellent in renting out our BTL. We had a tenant in the property 12 years and the property needed quite a bit of work to get it back to a good state. They efficiently marketed the flat and had electrical, painting, gardening & cleaning done. All within 3 weeks of the prior tenant leaving. Very happy with the work done and finding us good professional couple to rent our flat.

GoogleI must say, as soon as I contacted Bairstow Eves, I was very impressed by the helpfulness and effiency of the staff. I was greeted by Adam, who made me feel very at ease due to making me feel welcome and confident that Bairstow was the correct Letting Agent to use. Adam has since been very helpful and has made the experience of Letting my first property virtually stress free due to his expertise and knowledge in the letting market. He is a very likable chap who I will be definitely be using to mange the lettings of my future property.
