Communication through email was less than satisfactory. There was no clean timeline (even when asked) for paying rent, deposit, signing certain documents etc which made our situation stressful. But we ended up with a great flat! Elaine and Adam were always friendly in person.

GoogleNot professional or reliable, I advertised my property to sell through them. They didnt bring a single person to view. Later i realised short staffed in this branch and they dont anseer calls. I tried several times. How can one sell a property when they dont pick up the phone. Suddenly without consulting me they booked one viewing a week day infact for the appointment following day they have sent an email previous day. When I asked them to remove the property after 4 months Sadie said i have to give 1 month notice to remove when i did stiill she didnt remove, so I couldnt advertise through another agrnt. Then i had to chase them to remove from rightmove then after 2 weeks she removed. Not satisfied at all. I wont recommend.

GoogleWe found our current home now via Bairstow! It was a pleasure working with Adam and Elaine during the whole process! I am particularly thankful that despite the fact that we were late on the agreed viewing time, Adam still accommodated us!
Finding a home in UK is quite a tough task but Adam and Elaine were very helpful. Giving us updates and even tips! Now we are comfortably enjoying our home! Should the event happen that we would need to move, I would be more than glad to work with them again

GoogleWe sold our property through Jake at Bairstow and the whole experience from start to finish was nothing short of excellent. Jake went above and beyond at any opportunity and always made us feel like we were his number one priority. Very helpful, even beyond the normal requirements of his role, for example mediation / communication between buyer and seller in the final stages of the sale, helping to provide access to contractors, updates on the sale process, key handling, meter readings, etc. Always contactable, even out of hours. He expressed a real passion for his work and this really comes across in the viewings and he built a real rapport with the viewers. Jake made sure he knew everything about the property so he was always ready with answers to any queries from viewers / buyer. He has years of experience as an agent and this was very clear to see when observing the viewings. Overall Jake was very helpful, very friendly, very professional, smart, confident, honest and transparent, and it really felt like he cared for us as people, not just the sale. I would always trust Jake over and over again to sell my property. He shines out above the rest.

We received a call from Elaine offering us a property that was yet to go on the market. She arranged a viewing the same day and within the week she got us into the property as promised. Adam was also a huge help working after hours to allow this to happen. Elaine and Adam went above and beyond to help us. They are a real asset to the team. Would 100% recommend.
