Natasha at the Norwich branch of F&C was wonderful in dealing with quite a stressful and protracted purchase of a former pub. She helped smooth relationships and provide support, a stellar performance when sometimes solicitors and surveyors were only causing friction and bottlenecks! I can’t rate Fine & Country (Beercock’s in Willerby) highly enough. From the initial phone call & valuation they were the most professional. Alice & her team have been brilliant & supportive. Although the fees were higher than other agents it paid off in receiving a higher offer & a very quick sale. We couldn’t be happier.

Terrible I called 4 times and no call back apart from an out of service that said I would get a call back, I was told the person I wanted was in the office but in fact they were not and the manager did not even care to apologise, I will never purchase from them

F&C were great with the straight forward negotiations, but then paperwork complications set in and I was left to deal with the buyer directly, F&C were no support whatsoever! And the cheap champagne as a gift was an insult to the hours I spent getting the purchase to go through. Thank goodness I had an excellent conveyancer.

Both Professional and Personal. Always available to talk to. Called back when they said they would. Couldn't seem to do enough to help us out. Arranged and carried out ALL viewings, providing thorough feedback on each one. We had total trust in every member of staff, and found them all incredibly friendly and approachable. But, most importantly, they achieved our full asking price!

The man is a complete idiot and a SHYSTER and lets you down and contravenes regulations and I have made a complaint about him and his staff to the PROPERTY OMBUDSMAN.THIS SPEAKS VOLUMES I BELIEVE.DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!!!

This was the second time that we have used Fine & Country Diss and once again they did not disappoint. We cannot recommend them highly enough, in what can be a very stressful period, the team made the whole process seamless and easy.From initial contact with Chris Scott and his advice prior to going to market, Tania Lennard's professionalism and enthusiasm when conducting viewings and along with Sue Croft keeping us informed.Once we had accepted an offer the service did not end there. Post sales was treated as importantly as the marketing. Philippa Martinez provided an excellent service liaising with both solicitors and clients ensuring that things ran smoothly.

I cannot recommend Fine & Country Diss highly enough. Chris Scott, Sue and Tanya have made the whole process as easy as it possibly could be. Firstly, they sold my house - which is paramount, obviously. Secondly, moving house is a stressful time and these guys have the knowledge and experience to see you through every single step. They hold your hand in ways you could not imagine. They are not your average estate agency, they treat you with utmost respect and sensitivity. They manage to lift your spirits with sincerity and humour. I have rung them in tears and had my woes genuinely soothed, I have also rung them incandescent with rage and been talked down off the ceiling. My onward purchase (through a different agent) has been difficult, they have been there to pick up the pieces so many times and have gone way beyond their remit - often doing the work of the other agent where their skills are very lacking. They may not be the cheapest agents on the market, but they are worth every single penny, because they really do earn it and some. There are some things money just can’t buy and their seemingly innate ability to respond to every issue that arises without breaking step is definitely one, they wrap around you and provide a true end to end service.

Excellent customer service from Nicola Loraine and Liz Teasdale at the Rugby branch. They really made the stress of moving at Christmas time much easier for us all and nothing was too much trouble for them. From start to finish they dealt with enquiries promptly and were always available to support when needed. Fine and Country Diss office sold our property very successfully. It was slightly unusual in having a wonderful situation away from the road and surrounded by open fields, but with a building that was dated in many ways and needed love and attention.Chris Scott saw great attraction in the property and proposed a price which was 33% above one other leading high end estate agent, and 20% above another. We went with his obviously ambitious price and found a buyer on the first day it went on the market who paid the asking price. Further detailed negotiations up to exchange were handled very efficiently and helpfully by Philippa Martinez who managed various queries effectively, keeping both legal teams and the buyer in touch with developments. I was pleased with the price achieved and the service and would have no hesitation in using the firm again.

We used the west malling branch of fine and country and found them the best people you could want in your corner,when selling your property.They got us the price we wanted which was £25'000 more than they thought it was worth.Special thankyou to Michael and Karen who were absolutely brilliant.All the other agents who valued it tried very hard to under value our property so they could get a quick easy sale.We also had some dealings with other branches of fine and country through the chain and all seemed to know their stuff and pushed hard to get things done.If we ever need to move,we will not hesitate to use them again in the future and highly recommend you do too.
