Hove branch. Adam Farrell and Matthew Higgins. Absolute con artists. Pressured me into giving my notice on my rental property without telling me there was an issue with the lease on the property I was buying. Told me the sellers would move into temporary accommodation to accommodate me. Left me homeless 2 days before I was due to exchange. DONT USE!!!

Tunbridge Wells/Uckfield office worked very hard to make the sale happen and when buyers dropped out got the house back on the market with new viewings arranged very quickly.Very responsive throughout. When the house sold after a previous buyer dropped out we had 20 viewings and five offers within a week which meant our onward chain remained in tact.
