GoogleWinkworth Estate Agents were excellent during my first-time buyer purchase of a flat. Trudy Zemaitis was assigned to me and was excellent at keeping track of progress, poking solicitors where necessary, and keeping me informed of the situation. I felt in extremely safe hands with both Winkworth and Trudy in particular. Highly recommended.

They were always very responsive, helpful and fanstastic from start to finish as they made our whole sale very simple and straight forward without any hiccups. Trudy our sales coordinator was brilliant and the whole sale was seamless thanks to her and all of her hard work. I would highly recovered Winkworth and the whole team for selling your home.

GoogleSpoke to someone on the phone to try and book in a viewing on a property - the guy wouldn't even let me go and view the property because I wasn't sure on my move out dates. I asked if I could just see it before I firmed anything up and he said no - which I think is just him being lazy. Really rude and just poor service.

Unfortunately, there was a two-month difference between the property's available move-in date and the move date you were able to provide. As the landlord required a tenant who could move within the property's availability, we were unable to arrange a viewing knowing the dates were not compatible. We understand this may have been frustrating, however, this decision was based solely on the significant difference in move-in dates and not a reluctance to assist. We also offered to register your details and help you find alternative properties that would better match your expected moving timeframe. GoogleWe have worked with Emma and Raphael from Houseman for 8 years and in that time we have found them extremely responsive, acting responsibly on behalf of the tenants and the landlords be it moving in, moving out or issues that occur during the tenancy. They have very good relations with the contractors they use and can always be relied upon to take a pragmatic view around any issues that crop up. Trust is a word that sometimes gets forgotten in this area, but not here.

GoogleWinkworth Reading Estate Agents have been absolutely fantastic - right through from pre-marketing our house to finalising the sale. We dealt primarily by Ken and John but every member of the team has been extremely professional and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Trudy our sales progressor is an absolute star - if anything needs to be done then she is on to it immediately and you can feel confident that any issue will be resolved with the least amount of hassle.
