I have worked with this WhiteKnights office when I bought my house, rented that house and eventually sold the same house. I have always found WhiteKnights easy to work with and they conduct business in a professional way. Selling the house through the pandemic wasn't easy and WhiteKnights also had to learn through this time, but through perseverance and many viewings we finally got there. I would recommend this company for your property purchase/sale or rental.

🛑Scamers🛑 take care, was informed by Rob the landlord agreed to go a head and rent the property to me and asked me to pay the holding deposit. And later refused to rent and told me they won't refund the deposit as its not refundable and they didn't this before, I think there is scam they are doing they do viewings and collect deposits and not refunding money to people, Never pay them any money they are scammer, I am reporting them and escalating my complaint, this is illegal, 🛑🛑🛑Stay Away🛑🛑🛑 Mo Salih

Very pathetic, unprofessional, abominable and atrocious service. They checked us for weeks and prolonged the hand over, but when the time came for them to keep up the end of their bargain they were ready to hand over a disheveled, begrimed and inhabitable house, with fungus on appliances and stains of urine on matresses and excrection all over the toilets. During the checking they reassured us that they would have the house professionally cleaned however they now refuse to clean the house and have wasted our time and money.

I have an excellent experience with Estate Agencies having moved more than ten times in eight years. I have always rented through agencies and this last time was with WhiteKnights. My first experience with WhiteKnights was outstanding and I would recommend to anyone who has some concerns/doubts about estate agencies, whether you are planning to rent or buy, to contact WhiteKnights. Honesty and customer services are their strong points and this is what you need when you deal with an agency. You need to feel that they are here to help you and make your stay or buy as great as possible and WhiteKnigths have understood that perfectly. I have never felt supported and understood as well as I felt I was with WhiteKnights. With all the other estates agencies (more than 7 in total) that I have some experience with, I have always felt that I had to fight for a response or justify my queries. In my opinion WhiteKnights is a perfect example of what we, as future tenants or buyers would want from an estate agency. Thanks particularly to Lynne Phillips whose professionalism and efficiency is to be recognised. All the best to WhiteKnights. They deserve it.

Really shocked to deal with Whiteknights. I called them to arrange a viewing for a property (Barnsdale Road, Reading )and was asked about my affordability. Its an absolutely fair question and most estate agents are happy with the Agreement In Principle (AIP) from any mortgage provider, but not WK! When I offered to email across the AIP, I was told they accept only MAB ( mortgage Advise Bureau) recommendation. Fair enough, I mentioned that I have that too, but again I was turned down, saying it was over three months old. Then I recollected I had a recent conversation ( 5 days ago) with MAB and would be happy to send the recommendation across, but I was again turned down. I was told, it "HAD" to be "A Specific Person" at the MAB. This is just so arrogant on behalf of the estate agent. The lady at WK was just so rude and dismissive and left me wondering if they are indeed representing the Vendor in earnest ! WK is not trying to verify my affodability but trying to peddle their Mortgage Service under the guise of Covid. For me, I am NOT dealing with WK anymore, be it buying, selling, renting or letting and would strongly advise all sellers to call them posing as buyers and see if they are indeed doing their job they are meant to do.NegativeProfessionalism
