Dear Ms Bultowicz I understand that you have brought a property next to a home that we let and manage on behalf of a landlord. We have been informed by our client that the front wall is not owned by them. Please seek legal advice on who owns the boundary if you disagree. I do not appreciate your inappropriate conduct by telephone and in person yesterday. Quite frankly we terminated the call due to your forceful behaviour. GoogleAwful service, had a survey booked for today after a 2 week wait. Survey not carried out as Samson & George failed to properly communicate with the current tenants who denied access to the surveyor. The delay will cost thousands of pounds if I now miss the stamp duty holiday as a result.NegativeProfessionalism

FacebookI cannot recommend Sansome & George enough. This has been such a roller coaster of a year with so many set backs, including the biggest hurdle of Covid19 pandemic hitting just after we found a buyer for our house. We finally exchanged this week and we are so grateful to the whole team, but especially to Helyn for all her support.
