GoogleLovely house and the maintenance team are lovely and come fairly fast, they’re really helpful where they can be however some of the issues we had were beyond their abilities to sort and it took a while for these issues to be sorted and get a third party in

Dear Isha, I am sorry you have had a bad experience and have not been able to speak to an agent. We are experiencing extremely high call volumes at this time of year and are working through all messages. I will pass your comments on to the team and hopefully someone will contact you within 24hrs if you have left your name and number. GoogleI’ve been dealing with Anthony for the best part of a year now, he’s always been very helpful and responded quickly. I really can’t fault my time with Mr sales and lettings agency the only reason it will end is because the property is selling. Highly recommend to anyone
