GoogleWe rented a house in Liverpool at only 3 weeks notice but the agent was quick to get us moved in and were always very responsive to fix any issues with the house. Always communicated about visits etc, we were very happy with the stay.

GoogleI had a great stay at the property . The place well-maintained, and provides a comfortable living environment. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the location is convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities. The property management team was always responsive and helpful, making my experience even better. I truly enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free living space.

GoogleAs my tenancy comes to an end with Mr Sales and Lettings Agency I can’t say anything bad about this estate agent Any problems at hand and they have been great to sort us out and help us out as quick as possible. We stayed with Mr Sales and Lettings for a year while studying at uni and can say we have been very lucky to have had an amazing house and amazing people to have to guide us through what has been our first rent experience and I can’t thank them enough!!! For anyone thinking of letting/renting from this estate agents, I cannot recommend anyone better Thank You !!!

GooglePoor communication, lettings agents don't follow up on anything and forget keys on viewings - very disappointed, won't be bothering with this team again. Edit: just saw their response - I made it clear that I am looking on behalf of a company let, but of course, admission of fault is rare these days.
Following a review with the admin team and the agent that you met afew months ago. Unfortunately you did not disclose to the team you were looking for a company let during initial conversations. Therefore we regrettably were unable to progress with the let. We do apologise for any inconvinience this caused. You have since enquired regarding another property and again unfortunately the landlord is not looking to let to a company therefore were unable to book you in for a viewing. GoogleI recently rented a flat and I had an excellent experience with them. Their communication was top-notch - both by phone and email, they were very responsive and always available to answer my questions. When I initially moved in, there was an issue with the cleanliness of the flat, but Mr Sales and Lettings quickly resolved the issue and hired a cleaning service to come in and do an outstanding job. I was so impressed with how quickly and effectively they handled the situation. Very recommended.

GoogleI have experienced irresponsible behaviour from them.They are incapable of fixing maintenance issues especially timely-It has been almost a month and they could not fix hot water issue in the property- they did not take even action until 18 days for something as basic as hot water!
Thank you for feedback. I am so sorry you have had a bad experience. Unfortunately on this occasion there was no quick fix. A boiler replacement was recommended by two contractors. This was actioned as soon as the Landlord approved the costs and the contractor was available with all the parts. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. I know this was extremely frustrating for you. GoogleVery good agency.if there is a problem in the house with any appliances:TV s not working,hobs or garden gates need fixing they respond straight away,get things repaired promptly. They organized old furniture to be exchanged for new one without us asking for it. Very good service

GoogleAgents are too busy/overworked and cannot communicate quickly and effectively. The website is also unclear as to which rooms are available. I feel like my time was wasted after waiting on holding deposit forms only to be told the room has gone. Very frustrating.

We sincerely apologise we were unable to proceed with your let as a deposit was paid by another prospective tenant on the same day the rental breakdown was sent to you. We are a small independent lettings business and are unfortunately unable to recruit a large team. The team work extremely hard to reply to all within 48 hours which is a credit to them, as many businesses are currently replying within 5 working days. GoogleThey deleted their google reviews for a reason. Because they were not good. The pictures they use on their listings are of when the property was renovated, whether that be 5 or 10 years ago and do not represent the damp and other issues which have presented themselves. They are unprofessional confrontational cowboys. They access the property as they please, never knocking and only sometimes notifying you that they are coming. They are extremely poor at communication. They are unable to fix repairs effectively, clearly sending untrained cowboy labourers to try 'fix' leaks and the damage caused by the leaks. It took them 3 outings to fix the mixer on the shower, which should have been just one visit. They are clearly a waste of money for the landlord. 0/10 Do not recommend.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleWhy did you remove my and other's reviews???Just to let the audience know: this agency is rude,unprofessional and unresponsive. I rented a room from them in a shared property. They took a plumber in the property to fix an issue in my toilette over lockdown without informing other tenants. They would have remained in their room during the visit.This wrong attitude put at risk 5 people as covid-19 was in operation and generated dispute and stress as they deemed I had taken home the plumber privately otherwise agency would have spread the notice. Now I am doing legally with this company as I reckon time is up for them to get back on track if they want to keep running this business .They also never fixed an issue on kitchen wall which lasted over all my stay in there(6 months). They are interesting just in money and are not strict in screening tenants and setting up proper rules in a sharing flat. GoogleI have never had any issues with Mr Sales & Lettings during my 6 years living at the property. They have always or nearly always notified of any visits with at least 24 hours notice, responded to maintenance issues when needed and relayed information to the landlords when required, although I personally often liaised with the landlords directly as they were reachable and available. Whenever I have done any viewings, they have been there in good time and shown the relevant aspects of any properties. Perhaps however not all the properties I have done viewings of were as cosy or as appealing as I might have wished, however never experienced issues with them and the property I was in for over 6 years met most of my needs during the period.

GoogleThe agency have restarted their reviews because they rightly had a low score before. An indication of how dishonest they are. They were incredibly slow and unhelpful in paying back my deposit and holding onto it to make my pay extra rent that I really didn't need to pay. We were without internet for over 2 weeks and the agency and the landlord, Mohammed, who works with them didn't help at all despite the landlord being the contracted bill payer. Would not recommend this agency at all.

I have dealt with all the agents in reading and I have to say that Mr Sales and Lettings by far offer the most helpful and professional service Mohammed Raja set up a meeting with reading council and finalised the detailed planning around all the rules and regulations for which my property had to comply with. I called him on a Monday and he had the meeting on the following Monday. He turned around the paper work in less than 2 days and I was able to rent 6 rooms Straight away. He was professional enough to say that I was not obliged to go with his agency to source tenants and to my amazement did not even charge a fee for his consultancy!!! His main letting agent Ali Rahman managed to secure 6 tenants in 3/4 days all paying £6xx for a double room with no ensuite. He seems to be. A very driven hard working individual that knows his market and client base extremely well. Definately the best letting agent in Berkshire. Kosar the office manager has been instrumental in working with the council getting my HMO increased from 6 to 8+ rooms in a very efficient manner. Always on the ball and 2 steps ahead of the curve. I have has a few issues with washing machine , cooker etc and the maintence team led by Yasir have resolved these in a very quick and efficient manner and the costs have been trivial Having invested in property in Chelsea and Mayfair for which I do pay a premium for services and trust me it's not to the same standard as Mr Sales and Lettings I own 2 large properties in reading and I will definately be investing in more as I know I have property management company who can really meet and deliver my business needs Great work guys!!!!
