GoogleThis review is about my Property Manager, Sandrae Senior. She provided excellent support during my stay in my property, even though there were some problems experienced whilst I stayed in it, and made my experience an easier and pain free one. She responded to all my questions quickly and I was very impressed with her professionalism and positive attitude. I am very thankful that I had her looking after me, she made my rental experience with Haslam's a positive one!

On the question of return of deposits - unfortunately sometimes these matters can take a time to resolve particularly if there are matters under dispute between the landlord and tenant. As an ARLA registered agent we follow best practice, the statutory deadlines and subscribe to the TDS scheme so any disputes can go to independent arbitration. FacebookHaving handed my notice in for a property I am renting I understand that prospective clients will come for a viewing. I am however very disappointed to find out Halsams are showing prospective clients around what is still currently my home, using their access keys without even informing me.

I had the same problem. Only to be told that they didn't have keys. Their attitude is disgraceful
