GoogleHaslams did a great job selling my house. Jack and Aran were helpful and knowledgeable contact points during the sale to answer my questions and handle negotiations. Fay did an amazing job as the sale progression contact giving regular updates and handling all the solicitors and other agents in our chain. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again!

It was not a straight forward sale, but it was overseen by Fenella Hall who did an amazing job getting it over the line and getting the sale completed. Wouldn't have got there without Fenella's helpful, efficient and professional support. Would highly recommend.

The feeling is great, when you ring them up, doesn’t matter who answer the phone even if your previous contact person is on holiday, the rest of the team all know what’s the situation of your case and can manage your question/request immediately! Very impressive

As a new renter in UK, Haslams managed my rented flat. The letting process was smooth, and although there were small issues during check-in, these were promptly resolved. Sharon Tubb, my contact person at Haslams was always on hand to handle any issues I reported and was of great help when I was moving out. My experience with Haslams was a positive one.

GoogleWas kept waiting for 20 minutes outside the place after texts and a call to confirm the viewing (no-one showed up), no answer from the listing agent. I suggest being patient or considering other listings in the area.

Poor service. They handed us a very dirty and moldy house despite the requests we made before agreeing with the contract. The agent was even proud that it is their standard procedure to shampoo carpets every handover to new tenants. Their property manager is almost impossible to reach. It takes a few days even weeks to get a reply. I have been requesting for almost two months now after moving in for the things that they should have done before and still waiting for their action.
