GoogleI contacted Haart as the property we have been renting for 5 years now required many jobs to be attended to. We had previously sent a request for these but unfortunately due to staff leaving it was overlooked. I called on 22 October and got through to Emma Saunders who was brilliant in attending the issue. She was keen to resolve our issues and I have to admit the speed with which the contractors and quotes were relayed to the landlord were expedited for us. Emma called me today and the jobs are going ahead which is deeply appreciated as it is getting colder and many issues relate to drafts and condensation internally. She clearly is resolving maintenance issues, communicating with the landlord, contractors and myself and having her clients best interests at heart.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Googlehaart letting agents are The Best. I was looking for a place for my mum and dad to rent. Found amazing property on haart website. When I rang up to organise viewing, I did spoke with David. He was so helpfull and very pleasant to talk to. He organised viewing for first available spot plus he was very informative. Chloe met us at the property and show us arround. She was very welcoming, easy to talk to and as well very informative. My parrents was happy to proceed and make a deal with Chloe and rent the property. My contact from Haart was a very lovely woman named Emma Saunders. She was such a massive help to me throughout the whole process, ranging from being able to answer all the my questions that I had about the property I selected (which were many), to regularly calling to make sure that the process of sorting out the legal stuff was as smooth as possible, even offering advice in areas that were a little tricky to sort at the time, and generally being professional, polite and understanding towards my situation. I hope anyone reading this can be reassured if they choose to go with Haart towards finding a new home.
