GoogleWe just sold our property of 5 years. Brian and the team were great. Always on hand, professional and worked hard to get the sale through. We had to come down a long way from Brian’s initial valuation which was a tough, however it was in the same ball park as other estate agents, so just part of sell to us and the time frame we had. Nothing against the team.

GoogleWe have had an amazing experience with Lewis Weedon at Davis Tate, who has helped us in purchasing our first house. Right from the first property visit, through to exchange, he has kept us regularly updated, been incredibly supportive, and has made the whole process feel very smooth. Especially as first time buyers, this has been massively appreciated as the whole thing can feel a bit daunting, but Lewis has helped make the experience far less stressful than we could have hoped. Would highly recommend!

GoogleI am a FTB and getting on with a property listed by Davis Tate Reading for a slightly complex deal as the house need doing almost everything. The Davis Tate team, Charlie, Sam & Tom are absolutely amazing. They respond in literally few mins of receiving my email & always happy to jump on call where needed. I love this level of prioritization. I asked for 2nd viewing right after my offer was accepted they allowed me in the property within 2hr time. They committed to support me for additional appointments to align a builder and also recommended me one. I will provide an update once I complete with them but its looking like a 5* experience till this point and hope it will keep going. Thank you Team Davis Tate Reading!

GoogleEDIT: Now that we have completed I have dropped the review slightly to 4 stars. I still maintain Davis Tate did a good job selling our house and all the below is still true. Rebecca and Colin were excellent throughout. However, their partner solicitors (DT Conveyancing/Premier Property Lawyers) who Davis Tate recommended to our buyers were very slow and disorganised. They misunderstood planning law, they asked the same enquiry multiple times, they never answered our solicitors calls, and they repeatedly delayed exchange by finding outstanding tasks they hadn’t done yet, all of which should/could have been organised weeks before. This was very frustrating as Davis Tate made money from a referral fee for introducing these sub-standard solicitors to the sale. I recommend you do not use PPL/DT Conveyancing, and that Davis Tate find new partner solicitors. Davis Tate have been excellent in securing the sale of our house which is now Sold STC. All the team were very professional in their interactions with us, took excellent photos, and kept us in the loop. Thanks to Colin in particular who was always quick to respond to queries, pragmatic and honest. He was great to work with and made the process as smooth as possible.

GoogleIt is really a good experience to rent a flat through Davis Tate, Reading. When I was first move to the UK, I did not recongise the procedure of renting a flat. I faced many problems when I moved in. With the help of the staffs of Davis Tate, Reading. The problems were solved completely. I would like to say thank you to Jessica. During the rental period, We reported several problems regarded the flat. She quickly replied and arranged approriate people to solved them. When I had enquiries, she provided professional advises so that I could enjoy the quality of living in the flat. I will definitely introduce Davis Tate to my friends if they want to rent a flat in Reading.

GoogleI've recently purchased a property though Davis Tate, they were very straight forward to deal with when arranging a viewing and when it came time to negotiate a price with the seller. Special thanks to Sam who did a tremendous job in negotiating the price between the seller and I. He kept both parties updated at each stage and acted quickly to ensure a resolution. Special thanks also to Rebecca who really helped push through the purchase by chasing all the parties when the inevitable issues arose. Charlie H was brilliant, both our estate agents and our lawyers were not good but Charlie's perseverance kept everything going. Charlie kept up momentum, all whilst being friendly, approachable and helpful. Davis Tate seemed so much better than the (cheap) estate agent that we used to sell, I am not sure what would have happened had Charlie not been so good, but I know that without him everything would have been even more stressful. I would definately use Davis Tate myself next time. Thanks Charlie!
