She carried out the viewings of one of my rental properties with the utmost professionalism which resulted in securing the perfect tenants which is always a real relief to me. All the documentation and paperwork were overseen personally by herself which ensured a smooth transition to the new tenancy, and she was the perfect point of contact giving my full confidence in the whole process.

We have a really good experience selling our property. Firstly we met with Fern who showed us round a property and we realised we need to put our on the market. Fern helped us arrange an appointment with Simon to come and see our property.Simon explained everything clearly and if we had any questions we could go into the office and ask. Fern was very good at keeping us up to date with things as we went along. It didn’t take long for the property to sell which was great as we didn’t need to have lots of viewing as my brother wasn’t well at the time and needed rest. I would highly recommend Fern, Simon and the team in chipping Norton office

GoogleHooray!! I have just completed the sale of my property today after 15 months, via Chancellors Reading Branch managed entirely in the capable hands of Rob Penford and his team. We had our moments over the period with water leakage, insurance claims and the unsettled economic climate. But the whole process was dealt with in a calm professional manner to a successful conclusion by Rob and his team.

Luke is a lovely young man, very knowledgeable and came prepared with a couple of issues to the property with certificates, quotes and also answered every question. There was no sense of urgency to rush the viewing. It would be great if all agents were like Luke.
