GoogleKieran Tsolakis was one of the best agents I have worked with, i was looking for a property for my sister in law and her husband the initial property we offered on the landlord pulled out however, Kieran found us another property, Kieran communicated with me non stop kept me updated on the progress, answered any questions I had with patience. GoogleMy wife and I viewed two properties in Raynes Park. Damien, the Sales Manager is a top bloke. Very welcoming, great conversation and very presentable. Although we loved the first property, we found a property closer to the city that matched our preferences (the 2 bathrooms, Damien will know ;-)). I highly recommend Damien with his professionalism, charisma and keen salesmanship. If I was to put my property on the market, I'd want Damien managing the sale. 5/5, he's a top bloke...

GoogleWe recently sold a house through Hawes & Co in Raynes Park. It took a little while due to the adverse market conditions in 2023 but a good sale was achieved. Our contact, Damian Anderson was extremely helpful during the whole process facilitating and assisted in negotiating a few hurdles. Also working well with our chosen solicitor.

GoogleI had an outstanding experience with Kieran Tsolakis while negotiating a property as a tenant. What I appreciated most was Kieran’s attention to detail. He was on top of everything, from scheduling viewings to ensuring all the paperwork was in order. Plus, he was always available to answer any questions I had, which were a lot and this really put my mind at ease. GoogleI would like to share some information about my experience. I bought the property and I sold the property and the agent works was fantastic. The name of the person is Damian Anderson is a fantastic estate agent, knowledge, professionalism is exceptional, he took my property on as if it was his own! His caring personable nature added to his attention to detail certainly played a massive part in the sale of my flat... Definitely will continue to use him and Hawes and co with my other properties.

GoogleWe recently sold our house through Daniel with Hawes. We bought our house from Daniel when we moved to the area and we were struck by his calm, mature and professional attitude. As a result we didn't hesitate to sell the house through Hawes when the time came to move. Daniel was again the voice of calm and reason against the inevitable back drop of stress and pressure that accompanies a house move. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Daniel and Hawes.

GoogleI bought my flat in Raynes Park through Hawes 22 years ago and went back to Hawes to sell it this summer, specifically to Daniel Archer on the recommendation of a friend. I'm so glad I did. Throughout the process, from his first visit re price and marketing through to completion, Daniel was at all times calm, knowledgeable, responsive, never pushy and, most important to me, kind. He made what was a stressful process for me much easier than it otherwise would have been. I can't recommend him and Hawes too highly. My only negative comment about Hawes Raynes Park is that the phone on-hold music is painfully loud but that's probably just me!

GoogleWe had a fantastic viewing with Morawa from Hawes &Co. She was extremely helpful with emphasizing the pros of the area and the flat. Very professional, knowledgeable about the market and friendly with the additional benefit of a local's insight as she lives in the area (New Malden/Raynes Park). Although the flat was not the right size for me, I'd recommend Morawa and the agency for a professional viewing.

GoogleWe worked closely with Damian Anderson from the Raynes Park Office & Sarah at the New Malden Branch. Both were very pleasant throughout the process. We have just completed a purchase of our property in the New Malden Area, both Sarah and Damien took time out of their busy schedule to show us around a few times ( before and after sale had been agreed). The negotiations were a little bit ropey, but this was due to the vendors. There was open communication through solicitor stages too, which was handy so we all knew what was going on & they got in contact with the vendors/ us when there was any delay to speed things up. GoogleWe started our search in the Raynes Park area only 3 months ago, and Hawes and Co recommended to us a new build home that we fell in love with, and hadn't seen ourselves online when searching. In addition, I would like to say thank you to Damian Anderson who helped us in achieving a very smooth quick completion we asked for due to having a baby in the next month. Damian was instrumental in ensuring all parties/solicitors were chased when needed and kept the communication channels going when needed.
