GoogleWe needed a new tenant for our flat and Tracy Bowler found us one within a couple of days. She supported us through the whole process of our last tenant leaving and the new one moving in. Tracy was so helpful and really knows her stuff. The stress levels were reduced massively as a result. I can't speak highly enough of Tracy. She is a credit to Hawes & Co., a company we have had a selling and rental history for many years.

GoogleMiran Nizami from Hawes & Co, Raynes Park took care of us from the very beginning, despite the problems that appeared on our way, he did not leave us. Thanks to him, we rented a beautiful house. Miran is the right person in the right place-he is sympathetic, nice, and always helpful. You can see that he cares about future tenants and landlords. I wish him success in his professional life. 5 stars for him.

But, Katie Williams was responsive to my panicky messages, she moved things around and made every effort to ensure I saw the house. All of this on a Saturday afternoon. Damian provided excellent service throughout, with regular updates about any developments. He was always on hand at any request and definitely went above and beyond towards the completion of the purchase when the seller was proving a little tricky with the removal of some contents of the house. Met Ben Butler for the viewing itself, he got us in to view a very similar property a few doors down which was really handy. Very knowledgeable about the properties and the area. GoogleI sold my house recently through Hawes & Co at Raynes Park branch. House purchases are often stressful and Damian was really helpful throughout the processing. The first purchaser fell through after seeking last minute reductions, but he had an alternative buyer immediately lined up at the original agreed price. When that purchaser made some unusual requests and Damian was a great source of advice. He worked really hard to keep everybody happy and everything on track. Great customer care & service. Genuine 5 star professional service. I will definitely recommend.

GoogleWe received an excellent service from Hawes & Co right from the start when John came to do the initial house review and set up. The team were sympathetic to my in-laws health issues and conducted the viewings in a sensitive manner. The communication during the sales progression, in particular from Damian Anderson was faultless and he helped to make the process a lot less stressful. He kept us in the loop at all times. Damian went out of his way and would call or email us on his days off and at weekends to update and reassure us. I would highly recommend this agency.
