As first time buyers, we corresponded with a great many estate agents during our house search, and Hawes & Co stood out by a considerable margin. They were consistently attentive, considerate, and highly professional throughout the entire process. In particular, we feel incredibly fortunate to have had Ollie guiding us from start to finish. As many can attest, buying your first home is one of life’s most stressful experiences, yet Ollie handled every stage with patience, empathy, and professionalism. Despite the inevitable challenges and delays that arose, many of which were beyond anyone's control, he remained calm, supportive, and communicative throughout. At no point did we feel pressured into making decisions before we were ready, something that, as first-time buyers, we greatly appreciated. Estate agents are often the subject of criticism, but Hawes & Co are a genuine exception. Their commitment to providing an outstanding level of service made what was an overwhelming experience feel far more manageable. Tracy Bowler from Hawes and Co Raynes Park, cannot be summarised in one word she is simply AMAZING! Exceptionally professional, compassionate, honest and transparent throughout the entire renting process. Very friendly and funny too! Having been a tenant under Hawes and Co for 2 years specifically Tracy's tenants, we were sad to leave but thankfully staying in communication with Tracy we always knew we'd come back to the best Estate Agents in Raynes Park and thankfully we are able to continue our journey with Hawes and Co especially Tracy, as it wasn't possible without her. My house was on the market at the difficult time of the mini-budget and interest rate rises of late 2022, but Damian managed to target good prospective buyers and kept viewings coming, so that I got a satisfactory offer at a difficult time.
