As a Landlord for the first time, I went to Barratts after an unhappy experience elsewhere. My initial contact was with Dan Barrett who gave me a comprehensive and competitive quotation, and in all subsequent discussions was affable, business like and excellent on communications, with vast experience. Within just a few days, some likely looking tenants were procured. These were ideally suitable, and after checks and appropriate administration, took over the tenancy, all within just a few weeks. Every one I have dealt with at Barratts has been pleasant and efficient. The Inventory was extremly thorough, fair, and impressive. Overall a most satisfactory and stress free experience. Hence, I have no hesitation in recommending Barratt's.

I don’t think a review is enough to show our appreciation for the service we’ve received from Barrett’s Estate Agents. We’ve just purchased our first property, and I’m so thankful the property was with Barrett’s. We’ve been dealing with Dan since the beginning, and he really went above and beyond what you’d expect.
