GoogleMany thanks to the team at this branch, Claire especially went above and beyond the auction of my property, helping me navigate solicitors etc, if ever I had a worry about anything, I could always pop into branch and it was solved. The auction went smoothly and within timeframe, I would highly recommend this team for their professionalism and friendliness.

They have kept me up to date with progress and facilitated last minute viewings to ensure I had all the information I needed to put my mind at rest. My experience so far has been very good!

GoogleJust dealt with Bairstow Eve's Rayleigh, in particular Claire through a fairly troublesome sale and the dealings with Claire made the whole process a lot easier, very knowledgeable, very reliable and very professional and friendly. All the staff at the office were polite and helpful, it's just a shame not all the agents in the chain were as amenable. Thank you Claire for your help and good luck for the future.

She is a very professional person with a very friendly approach who makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk in. She works hard to find the best deals for you and offers the best advice. GoogleThe team at Bairstow Eves in Rayleigh recently handled a probate sale for us and did it very well. They generated many leads which produced over 20 viewings in a fortnight, keeping us in touch throughout and then negotiated a good price. Once the sale was agreed they continued to visit the property and liaised well with both sets of solicitors - particularly important for us since we live over 200 miles away!. They worked as a team and always did what they said they were going to. All in all they did a first class job for a competitive fee.
