Bought my property with bairstow eves and highly recommend them. Craig was brilliant dealing with the purchase and went above and beyond to ensure the sale was completed. I had a strange sale due to unexpected circumstances and Craig was fundamental in ensuring my purchase still progressed. Craig's deep understanding of situations that can occur during a sale or purchase means even a tricky situation is easily dealt with. We're very happy in our new home. Thank you! Caroline Stockdale has helped us immensely in buying our first property. She has always been at hand to answer any of our questions and as first time buyers we have a lot, but she has made it clear that no question is silly/stupid. Because of Caroline she has made us feel so much more at ease and has taken away any stress/concern we had. Overall we were very happy with the service provided to us, we really struggled with our chain of four and we were at the top of the chain due to buying an empty house. They were chasing twice a day towards the end of the sale, there was good comunitcation regarding the progress and all delays where from the bottom of the chain, so Claire and her team were chasing other agents and solictiors. only one comment would be that two of the people we were dealing with at the branch left during our sale but this wasnt comunicated very clearly so at some point was hard to know who our point of contact was. but only a minor point. other than that very happy! thank you.

I have recently placed my parents property on the market with the Rayleigh branch of Bairstow Eves and although it hasn't sold yet I felt compelled to share my experience so far. From the initial call I have been treated with compassion and understanding as it is such a difficult thing to sell your family home. Peter initially dealt with everything but has now moved on but Gracie has been helping with the sale and has showed real enthusiasm for the house and has kept me updated regularly by phone and email which has been great, she tells me what she is doing to make the sale happen and updates me straight away if she speaks to any potential buyers, she is a real credit to the branch. Claire and Emma have been really helpful, professional and friendly when I have visited and Caroline put me in touch with a broker who arranged property cover at a very reasonable price. I have been so impressed with the whole team and would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you all. P.S. Now fingers crossed for a sale!

We put in our offer and Craig ensured that we would be in a position to complete, which resulted in our offer being accepted. We didn’t actually sell our flat through Bairstow, however the house we brought was being sold through them, and I can not thank the whole team enough! From our very first viewing to picking up the keys everyone we dealt with was professional, kind, caring and extremely helpful, even during a national pandemic!! A special Thankyou to Claire who went above and beyond every single step of the way to help and keep the stress levels to a minimum, nothing was too much trouble for Claire, even helping on days she wasn’t working, and with things out of her official job role.. especially considering the scary and unsettling times everybody was going through! If it wasn’t for Claire I honestly believe we would have given up our dream future and watched the world spiral around us. Speaking to Claire was a breath of fresh air and made everything seem so positive even when we felt the world was against us! A delightful team to do business with. After seeing out a very average performance by another estate agent, we switched to Bairstow Eves Rayleigh to sell our house close to the centre of the town. Their selected approach to viewers paid off, with five of the first seven people coming back for a second viewing. Several offers followed and on good advice, a buyer was chosen. Clair, Richard and Helen kept us updated continuously from viewing appointments through to completion. They were able to explain each stage of the process and helped with all our enquiries, giving answers or passing a query onto the solicitor.
