Hi Jan - we're sorry to hear you've had a bad experience with an agent, but we think you are mixing us up with another company. When we arrange viewings these are logged in our system against the property in question and having checked through that system, we have no one registered in the name of Jan Parsons. I guess you would also perhaps have been on the phone to chase had you made an offer and not heard back? It does sometimes take a little while to be able to give an answer if a vendor wants to consider their position and options of course, but having no record of you nor having calls from someone with your name who has an outstanding offer, it seems you must have us confused with another agent. We hope you have had success in a property search in any event and wish you well with this in the future.

Hi Mark - we're sorry you felt this way about the delay, which was actually caused by not getting the information you were seeking from your previous tenants, so until we had a definite answer, we simply could not give it you. We put a lot of effort in to managing your property, including making repairs at no cost to you, where the tenant suffered as a result of the poor quality workmanship that had occurred at the property prior to it coming to us. We also gave your father considerable help in bringing the property up to standard and suggested contractors for remedial works when he was looking after it and again without taking payment for this.
