GoogleHoward did an amazing job selling my house. He was enthusiastic and a great source of advice throughout the process and was always at the end of the phone to answer my questions. Would definitely recommend!!!

Disgraceful firm, no care for tenants, no repair work carried out. They will leave you in a damp mouldy house with leaking roofs without any care in the world. All this with 4 kids In the house. Avoid at all costs

GoogleI engaged Miles and Barr to assist me rent my property. They were professional and extremely helpful throughout the process. They secured a number of viewings and offers. When an applicant dropped out having agreed to take the property they immediately arranged more viewings. I left the whole process to them despite me being on the other side of the world. Every aspect and the paperwork was easy and professionally completed. I am very grateful for their assistance.

Worse estate agent! Absolutely furious with this company. They are incredibly rude and unhelpful. There is no way I would consider dealing with this company again, no property they show me could be good enough!

GoogleHoward provides an excellent service. There are no hidden costs so although other estate agents appear cheaper everything is included with Howard. My house was sold within 2 weeks and the sale was completed on the date agreed. I thoroughly recommend.

From the first communication to the completion of the rental agreement the service was excellent.Jake who showed us around was knowledgeable, polite & friendly. Anna who dealt with us after the viewing was fantastic, getting a few issues sorted quickly & professionally. She is incredibly responsive & understanding to our queries and could not be more helpful, we are looking forward to moving in in a couple of weeks.
