GoogleWhen i needed to get some info from the staff at the branch, they were professional and helpful. Harry at the Ramsgate branch, was particularly good. I only had a couple of phone calls with him but he was extremely polite, extremely helpful and totally 100 % committed to sorting out my issues. My main dealings were with Suzanne Bearden and she was fundamental in getting our completion through before Christmas. Polite, tireless and professional, I couldn't praise her work highly enough. Miles and Barr are lucky to have both Suzanne and Harry working for them - wonderful people :D

Miles & Barr have been my letting agent for the last 3 properties I have rented.. they've been great.. have always gone over and above to help me find new properties to rent.. and if there has been a maintenence problem at my home they've always been responsive and liased with my landlord appropriately. I have a property check every 6 months which is abit more often than most letting agents, but they are always flexible when arranging it around my work hours. Absolutely recommended 10/10

Over the moon with the service provided, full support from the team, and the patience they had answering all my questions and quires. After the death of my grandmother they helped support me in selling her property along side the purchase of my new property and we’re so kind and compassionate and nothing was too much for them. I feel like the team have become part of the family during the purchase process and cannot thank them enough.

GoogleI have been at my rented property for three years and am now moving on but I wanted to give 5 stars particularly for Jane Whalley who has been exceptional throughout my time at the property. Always courteous and friendly and always on time and nothing is ever too much trouble and she gets issues sorted very quickly. GoogleThis process nearly took a year. Not the estate agents fault. As I was buying there wasn’t a lot of interactions, they contacted me when they needed to as per usual when you are buying. However Becky white kept in contact with me throughout. She kept me in the loop and advised me when I needed to chase the solicitors etc.
