GoogleGiuseppe Chivilo, Ramsgate. My experience - selling 2 houses in a pretty terrible market! Has been exceptional. Giuseppe's management of this process has (& continues to be) cool, calm and (importantly) kind. He was especially helpful during a very difficult situation with an auction house. His level headed professional approach is also reflected in his team and I highly recommend working with them if you're buying in the Ramsgate area.

Miles and Barr sold my aunt's bungalow in a not altogether bullish market. The stuck at it and achieved a sale within touching distance of the asking price but were always realistic with their advice and they also made sure the sale went through (the legal process) and kept us informed at all stages. Knowing what is going on is often forgotten as a vital component of the process and they delivered this to a five star level.
