I have nothing but positive words to say about this company. Although I’ve had some ups and downs selling my property, they have been amazing and supportive the whole journey. After the property was sold, Louise Daly, part of the Sales Progression Team at Miles and Barr was assigned to me, and I feel very fortunate that she was. She kept in constant contact with me and made sure I understood exactly what was happening throughout the process. If I have had any questions, she was always there with a reply. Louise, was amazing and I thank her very much for all her help. I couldn’t have ask for anything more.

My interactions with Michelle Purse, in particular, who is always courteous and extremely thorough and Gillian were both productive and professional in their manner. I do feel the Directors should consider much lower fees when renewing Rental Agreements for a new Tenant, where a Landlord has already been paying monthly Management Fees without having to be asked or negotiated down. Disappointing.

Having decided to use Miles and Barr for the sale of our house we found the entire team to be really helpful. We received emailed confirmation of viewings all of which were accompanied by M&B staff. We got prompt feedback following the viewings. Once the sale was agreed we were handed over from the sales team (Megan and Sophie) to the progression team (Annie) who gave regular update and helped get the sale over the line.
