As first time buyers, we didn't really know anything about purchasing a property and were recommended by our friends to speak with Sarah in regards to applying for a mortgage. From the moment we met with Sarah she has been not only a wealth of knowledge around every aspect of our purchase but also a solid support network for the both of us at such a stressful time. Sarah has gone above and beyond on numerous occasions to help us when we needed her and consistently put our minds at ease when we had lost all optimism. We had a rough ride buying our first home and if it wasn't for Sarah's dedication, professionalism and support, i'm not sure we would have ever got there! I messaged Thomas Morris the same evening a property was added to Right Move and I got a phone call back as soon as they next opened. I explained my situation for both now and the future and the agent was very understanding but also honest. She spoke with the Landlord who was happy to go ahead and I viewed the property promptly. The same day I paid the holding deposit and referencing commenced and moving in date very close. I had the pleasure to meet Julie Spinks, Sean Hill, Joe Rattue and also Ali Hull who actually helped my mum move 20 years ago when I was 3 years old!
