As a first-time property buyer in the U.K., Chloe was instrumental in guiding us through the process from start to finish. Chloe was helpful during our searches, which ensured we made informed decisions. Chloe kept us informed every step of the way, and any questions we had (of which we had many) were clarified without hesitation or annoyance. There were hiccups along the way that were clearly communicated and resolved promptly. Overall, it was a pleasant and positive experience with Chloe from Sharman Quinney.

GoogleAlthough we are writing this over 6 months from us moving into our home, me and my husband wanted to leave a review for Junior, who was absolutely brilliant in helping us with the purchase of our first home. He was so patient and helpful explaining and answering all of our many questions. He helped us in every way possible and we would definitely be in touch again for any future purchases we might make. Would definitely recommend him and his team for anyone searching for some help.

We've recently sold our property with the Thrapston branch, and although it was an awful process with a lengthy chain and some terrible solicitors / other agents involved, our experience with Becky was amazing. Becky communicated everything to me, numerous phonecalls and emails on some days, and she was consistently helpful. Becky went above and beyond, and appreciated that moving house is one of the most stressful experiences, and a lot was riding on our sale.

I was a first time buyer, buying a house not in a chain and it took 4 months to complete after constant chasing from me! Such slow service, mainly due to the poor attention to detail from the sellers using Sharman Quinney's in house conveyancers. Time after time the contracts had to be amended due to careless errors such as spelling mistakes, wrong names on contract etc. Very frustrating! There was no communication to apologise for the countless delays, the estate agents lost interest in helping me once I had my offer accepted. Would never recommend - avoid.

GoogleAmy Rutter was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, as someone who hasn't been through the purchasing process very often Amy made me feel at ease and confident the advice she was providing me was accurate and clear. Also when others people weren't being clear Amy assisted me to find detail and again accurate answers. I would definitely recommend using her and I will definitely be doing so in the future. Totally Professional Team, who solved an issue when there was one, constant communication and nothing was too much trouble. My young family and I were due to move into a property this January. We viewed the property a month before, and Sharman Quinney sent us a contract to sign. Throughout the process communication was very poor. We rang the office more or less everyday in the week up to the move as we had yet to receive a signed contract from the landlord. We were assured everything was progressing but 48 hours before we were due to move in (a date that was agreed by both parties), Sharman Quinney revealed that they had had no contact with the landlord for ten days. Because we were due to be moving in two days time, we had organised movers, new nurseries and schools for our children, and end of tenancy cleaners. All this cost considerable time and money. Sharman Quinney then confessed that the property would not be able to be let to us as there was a burst pipe. Even if this were true, all of this could have been communicated to us days before. If there had been worryingly no contact with the landlord, this should’ve been said to us. Instead, we were left homeless and now have nowhere to move into. As a mother of a family of two children under four, this is incredibly distressing.

Carrigan was the agent who assisted us with our viewing - from meeting us at the property and then dealing with our interest in the property. GoogleFound Sharman Quinney to be a very good state agent. I liked the fact that the staff I would be dealing with came to my home and introduced themselves personally, so were not just a voice on the phone. Carrigan was very helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. It did not take long to get an offer made on my house. Would recommend them.

Tried to rent a flat with them. Explained everything regarding my addresses and they said it’s going to be okay. 10 days later they turn around and say your application has been denied and won’t send my holding fee back and claim I lied on the application. The agents rush applications and the whole system is looking to fail your application so they keep the holding fee. Don’t go with them they will cheat you. Not helpful and treat you like a machine with no feelings. Even out the phone down on me when I request to speak to a manager to get a better explanation. Very sad.

Fantastic service, would definitely recommend. Jonathan, Lorraine and Renate were extremely helpful and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Jonathan went above and beyond by checking on my property as it was left empty for three months. This gave us peace of mind and helped make the experience a lot less stressful. Definitely the best estate agent I have ever used.
