GoogleBest experience I have ever had with an Estate Agent. If I could give them more stars, I would. Totally Professional Team, who solved an issue when there was one, constant communication and nothing was too much trouble. House went on the market, and was sold the next day for more than the asking price. Our heartfelt thanks to Elaine, Carrigan, and Jason, you all did an amazing job! Would not hesitate to recommend this awesome team at Sharmann Quinney in Ramsey. Thank you from a very satisfied customer :)

Special shout out to Jason, ultimate professional with a great sense of humour ! and the lovely Carrigan, so polite with a professional friendly approach, kept me regularly updated with appts, feedback and any changes that occurred in a prompt and timely manner, a real credit to the team. Carrigan was the agent who assisted us with our viewing - from meeting us at the property and then dealing with our interest in the property. FacebookTom Bailey-Smith was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was responsive and attentive and always willing and happy to go the extra mile to get me across the line. I could not have asked for a better mortgage advisor and were it not for Tom's hard work, dedication and expertise, I would not have been able to secure my house. In my view, Tom went above and beyond, picking up the slack when my buyer's appalling solicitor dropped the ball and even doing their job for them to ensure the sale didn't fall through. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

My young family and I were due to move into a property this January. We viewed the property a month before, and Sharman Quinney sent us a contract to sign. Throughout the process communication was very poor. We rang the office more or less everyday in the week up to the move as we had yet to receive a signed contract from the landlord. We were assured everything was progressing but 48 hours before we were due to move in (a date that was agreed by both parties), Sharman Quinney revealed that they had had no contact with the landlord for ten days. Because we were due to be moving in two days time, we had organised movers, new nurseries and schools for our children, and end of tenancy cleaners. All this cost considerable time and money. Sharman Quinney then confessed that the property would not be able to be let to us as there was a burst pipe. Even if this were true, all of this could have been communicated to us days before. If there had been worryingly no contact with the landlord, this should’ve been said to us. Instead, we were left homeless and now have nowhere to move into. As a mother of a family of two children under four, this is incredibly distressing.

FacebookI experienced exceptionally great service from Peter Baker....I couldn’t recommend him enough! Due to my own disorganisation I only had a 3 week window in which to apply and receive my mortgage offer. Peter reassured me it could be done where others couldn’t. I really appreciated all his hard work, professionalism and urgency when dealing with my situation. He had a great manner and explained everything really clearly. I wouldn’t hesitate in returning to Peter in the future. Thank you Peter!

FacebookOur Sharman Quinney Mortgage Advisor is the worst, she has no integrity thinks it’s OK to lie to clients for months saying that a mortgage has been applied for when it hasn’t. When asked for information about our mortgage application months later when we still haven’t heard from the mortgage company she wouldn’t give it to us and takes the typically tactile approach of telephoning us instead of responding in writing so her incompetence isn’t traceable in writing. Absolutely incapable of aligning client expectations accordingly, not proactive at all, lacking in customer service skills and evidently incompetent. We’ve been told by her ‘I’m really sorry it’s completely my fault that your mortgage application wasn’t submitted’ but the woman clearly couldn’t give a toss about the impact this has on us as a client. It doesn’t bode well that we’ve not been offered someone more senior to handle this matter and I really believe she’s just hiding her own mistakes from management. No compensation offered at all! Sharman Quinney Management please put some transparent information on your website about what clients are meant to do in these situations as you seem to have forgotten you work for your clients and it really comes across that your more invested in your relationships with your mortgage providers who pay you a commission.

GoogleFound Sharman Quinney to be a very good state agent. I liked the fact that the staff I would be dealing with came to my home and introduced themselves personally, so were not just a voice on the phone. Carrigan was very helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. It did not take long to get an offer made on my house. Would recommend them.

Tried to rent a flat with them. Explained everything regarding my addresses and they said it’s going to be okay. 10 days later they turn around and say your application has been denied and won’t send my holding fee back and claim I lied on the application. The agents rush applications and the whole system is looking to fail your application so they keep the holding fee. Don’t go with them they will cheat you. Not helpful and treat you like a machine with no feelings. Even out the phone down on me when I request to speak to a manager to get a better explanation. Very sad.

Explained everything throughout the process clearly, and made us feel that all of our questions no matter how minor, were important to be answered. They were in constant communication throughout the whole process. Would only buy/sell through this branch.

GoogleSean and team at the Ramsey branch have been amazing with helping me sell my house and helping me and my partner with the purchase of our new home. Nothing was too much trouble and they really helped us get through the process with as little stress as possible. Sean especially helped guide us through what can be a very stressful time. A real credit to the team. I would highly recommend them to friends and family should they need an estate agents.

Jonathan went above and beyond by checking on my property as it was left empty for three months. This gave us peace of mind and helped make the experience a lot less stressful.
