Dear Ms Kaur, I'm disappointed to read your review and am sorry that you feel you have missed out on purchasing a particular property. Our staff work very hard all year round and we as a business are open six days a week, 9am until 6pm (longer hours than other local estate agents). Therefore, like most businesses, we feel that it's important that our staff have a chance over Christmas to spend valuable time with their family and refresh themselves ready for the New Year. Our opening times over Christmas were advertised on this website and it was during this period that you phoned our office, however all emails were monitored over the Christmas period so if you had emailed our office then we would have been delighted to assist you to the best of our ability.
