Even though I ultimately had to withdraw from the sale, the service from the team, especially Simon, was outstanding from start to finish. Simon was incredibly professional, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. He communicated clearly, guided me through each step, and genuinely went above and beyond to help. So grateful to David for all the help and advice that we received from him during the sale of our house. I recently used this company for the sale of my home. I highly recommend Patterson Hawthorn if you are looking to sell your home. Even if another agent quotes a cheaper price, these guys are the real deal and do an extra due diligence to ensure the buyers are actually likely to complete. You do not want to be in a position where buyers pull out in the middle of a transaction, which can be common with other agents and in this turbulent time. This company has a very good track record of successful transactions. Their communication is also the best. The whole team work very hard to ensure your transaction is smooth. It was great to do business The Patterson Hawthorn team. Simon, who valued my house, was very professional and efficient and great with the camera! As soon as the house was on the market, there was a great interest and Zoe and David arranged all the viewings communicating with me at all times. This is my second experince at dealing with Patterson Hawthorn, the first was with the selling of my Mothers property which went very smoothly and the entire team was very professional from start to finish which is why I chose them again. My second was selling our own property which was not as straight forward as my previous experience and has taken some months to complete. This was basically due to our initial buyer not really being fully interested or commited in buying the property and then Liz Truss throwing in her economic hand greande into the UK's financial market. Our house eventually sold at a little less than the asking price and throughout the process David Howe and the team have supported us and assisted us all the way. I would highly recommend Patterson Hawthorn to anyone buying or selling a home, just hope that you have luck on your side with your process which is a big part of buying and selling a home.
