GoogleReally pleased with the overall service from Patterson Hawthorn when selling my flat. I was looking for a local estate agent, who could effectively market the property and surrounding areas. Simon valued the flat and was great at providing market intel on recently sold places in the area. David managed the sales process throughout and kept the buyer engaged during the legal negotiation stages. He also provided updates to me at all times and communication was very strong. I would fully recommend Patterson Hawthorn for any sale, purchase or rental needs in the Rainham area.

GoogleMy experience has been amazing! They are all so helpful and attentive. Taylor from Ockendon and Romford office is very informative and provided us first time buyers helpful information. It’s so scary buying a house, especially not knowing what to expect next during the process. I thought our solicitors would’ve guided us more however, Taylor with his immense knowledge kept us in the loop and encouraged things to move forward! Great service overall!!
