GoogleComing from someone who has worked for a competitor agent, this was a genuinely positive experience of buying a house which I have done several times now. Jacqui introduced me to a property that was not on Rightmove yet, as she knew what I was looking for. She advised I view, before having seen an advert or any photos. Then Stephanie worked so hard on the sales progression that we exchanged within 5 weeks. I think this shows how important it is to have a brilliant sales progressor working on your sale/purchase, always on hand to help. The communication was spot on from everyone in the office. It really has been such a pleasant experience and that is solely down to the agent (and my lovely seller of course!).

We cannot fault their service on either occasion, offering support and advice when needed, and guiding us through every step of the process. During what can often be a stressful time Jackson’s knowledge and experience proved valuable in overcoming each obstacle encountered.

GoogleFrom my first contact with Jacksons I was kept informed on a regular basis and down to the minutest detail. At no time was I left wondering where in the process we were. Buying or selling are known to be one of the most stressful times in our lives but this purchase was virtually stress free. When my regular contact was on annual leave, I was notified immediately and someone else jumped in and took over straight away. Highly recommended.

GoogleJackson’s is a well know business in Rainham high street.Very professional service from start to finish.Nothing is to much trouble for any of them.weekly updates from Sandra to keep you in the loop.excellent online pics and info really well marketed on lots of sites.wouldn’t of chosen anyone one else to sell our house.Big move from Rainham to Scotland all went through smoothly.our house sold in two days for a really good price.which was so quick with lots viewers lined up.why would you want to bother going else where.

Being a previous home owner I’m sure I can speak for many of us that dealing with estate agents can sometimes be a very frustrating process, however Jackson’s have completely changed my mind on how I used to feel about most estate agents and are a leading example on how things could/should be done. I have started renting recently and Jackson’s happened to manage the property. From the start I have to say that I cannot fault them in any way possible what so ever! The entire team is so very friendly, professional and helpful. My main communication has been with Mazie who honestly is a credit to the company. Mazie has gone above and beyond to help with any issues I have had from the start and has dealt with them in such a friendly, professional and prompt way without any hassle. If I ever am looking to rent elsewhere/buy a new property i would definitely be in contact with them first as I have full trust in them being the best in this area! Keep up the great work! :)

GoogleWe found a property to buy through Jacksons after having previously having 3 propertys fall through (the last one being the day of exchange!!) From start to finish Jacksons have been amazing, Stephanie in particular after lots of chats regarding how anxious I have been was very understanding, she rang every week some 2-3times with updates and was very invested in our situation. She was very professional and I was very pleased to have her dealing with our case. I would definatly recommend Jacksons and would definatly use them again. GoogleWe purchased a flat from Jackson’s as a buy to let venture some years ago. Impressed with the service they provided throughout the process we then asked them to manage our flat. The service they have offered over the years has been fantastic. Their vetting of prospective renters and discussions about each rent has been first class and we cannot fault it. Their periodic inspections which include photos and a detailed description is helpful as we do not live in the area. All their staff have been helpful whenever we have needed them, but we would single out Mazie as someone who is always willing to go that little bit further. Roy and Jo

GoogleI would highly recommend Jacksons from the sale of our property. The team were always approachable, took time to answer questions clearly and kept me up to date with the sale of the property. As and when any queries arose along the chain they were quick to think of solutions and continue the sale.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
