GoogleThere’s a reason why Jacksons have been in business for so long, and with only a single branch. That’s because they’re really good at what they do, with communication and qualified viewings. I won’t hesitate in recommending Jacksons to anybody. I’d like to give a special mention to Jacqui Bradshaw and Stephanie Hall for all their efforts. Many thanks to all involved.

GoogleJacksons have been wonderfully supportive from first contact through to completion of the house sale. They stood out among their competitors for the services they offered following valuation of the house, thereby making them the easy choice, when it came to selling. Throughout the selling process Jacksons kept me informed of progress and achieved just the right level of client contact for my circumstances. They have achieved all that they offered, which makes it easy to recommend them whenever the opportunity arises. I know in advance what they will charge and, although I am yet to receive their invoice, it will be worth every penny, thank you Team Jacksons.

Stephanie was my designated go to, keeping me well informed about viewings and feedback. David’s expertise was invaluable too. Selling a property is stressful but Jackson’s made the process easier. Highly recommended.

GoogleThe ladies at Jacksons have gone out of their way to keep me updated regarding my tenancy. It has always been in a friendly and supportive way, not at all pushy and the information I needed was always there as quickly as possible. I had a problem regarding my work situation as I has just started a new job and the ladies were brilliant at sorting it out with as little fuss as possible. Everything was done so quickly and smoothly compared to the experiences of my friends renting from other agencies. In all they have been professional but friendly and were so thrilled for me when I finally got the keys to my new house. So supportive at a difficult and stressful time in my life. Would definitely recommend to friends or use in the future if my circumstances change.

GoogleFrom start to finish Jackson's put so much effort into finding us our perfect home and knew exactly what we wanted with our budget. We viewed a few houses before 'the one' and Dave was honest with what he though was right for us. Stephanie Always respond to emails very fast, she was amazing, explained every step of the way reassuring us that everything was going as smoothly as possible right up to the exchange date. Jackson's staff always serve with a smile on there face when you go to the branch. A few years ago we also used them to rent a property and the service from Mazie was also outstanding and we were so happy to use them again to purchase a property.

GoogleThe Jacksons team were great from David’s initial visit until the end. Sandra in particular kept me very well informed with visits and offers etc until the sale and Stephanie was excellent in progressing, chasing and updating me thereafter. Circumstances down the chain made the sale frustrating but they made it happen and are highly recommended to you.

David had good local knowledge of the area and also gave you history about the property and the expectation of the seller. GoogleJackson’s have been with us every step of the way and had our best interests at heart from start to finish when selling our property. They tailored everything to our needs with viewings by selecting the best buyers for our property, eliminating time wasters. Jackson’s have constantly kept us up to date with the process of the sale and were also a huge help when communicating with our solicitors with documents that needed printing or posting. A big shout out to David and Jacqui who were such a support with words of wisdom and advising us on the best steps to take. Steph has been absolutely amazing seeing the sale of our property through. She has communicated with our buyer making sure the process has been as smooth and as quick as possible reassuring us and our buyer. It’s so easy for any Estate Agent to look good at selling properties with the market how it currently is, however, Jackson’s are on a different level to any other agent. Would 100% recommend to anyone selling their property.

We were so impressed with their services starting from the viewings by Max through to exchange with the assistance of Stephanie Hall. Stephanie was in constant contact with all parties involved in the chain and updated us frequently. She was very proactive, which helped with exchanging contracts way before completion. Wanted to view a property told viewings are on Saturday explained I work Saturday was told if it doesn’t sell then I can view at a later dated if it doesn’t sell So I have nothing to sell in great position but they can’t be bothered to show the house My son tried them few years ago and found them unhelpful and quite rude

David who originally listed the property and was present during viewings and ultimately obtained our sale. Max who always answered the phone in a cheerful, helpful manner. Jacqui who did an amazing job doing a video of our property. And finally a VERY big thank you to Stephanie who has been my virtual hand holder through every step in the process. GoogleWe really cant thank Jacqui and her team enough, she was proactive and always on the end of the phone or email. Jacqui was a fantastic mediator between buyer & seller & solicitors, and without her tireless input in progressing the sale it is highly likely that it would have fallen through. Jacqui and the team were also very professional and we were kept informed of progress at all points, even when we hit a stumbling block Jacqui was there with her knowledge and experience to push it through.

GoogleThe best agents I have used. This is my third move and we have been so fortunate to both sell our house and purchase our new property through Jacksons. The staff were nothing short of amazing. Particular thanks to Jacqui and David for their support. Their fees are extremely good value for the attention to detail that they give. They also recommended a conveyance solicitor (Laura @ Ives & Co), who also was brilliant. From start to finish (we complete next week), the process has taken 8 weeks.
