GoogleOur sale and purchase have been a challenging one with various circumstances out of anyones control arising along the way. All in we were waiting 8 months to exchange! Throughout this process everyone at Jacksons were amazing. At the beginning David came out and was very thorough with a valuation of our property but fair clearly setting out to us the value he believed our property would be sold at - to his word he was spot on! The viewing process was made as easy as possible with Sandra who would always look to book the appointments in clusters to make it easier for us to keep the children and dog out of the way while viewings occurred.

GoogleComing from someone who has worked for a competitor agent, this was a genuinely positive experience of buying a house which I have done several times now. Jacqui introduced me to a property that was not on Rightmove yet, as she knew what I was looking for. She advised I view, before having seen an advert or any photos. Then Stephanie worked so hard on the sales progression that we exchanged within 5 weeks. I think this shows how important it is to have a brilliant sales progressor working on your sale/purchase, always on hand to help. The communication was spot on from everyone in the office. It really has been such a pleasant experience and that is solely down to the agent (and my lovely seller of course!).

GoogleFrom my first contact with Jacksons I was kept informed on a regular basis and down to the minutest detail. At no time was I left wondering where in the process we were. Buying or selling are known to be one of the most stressful times in our lives but this purchase was virtually stress free. When my regular contact was on annual leave, I was notified immediately and someone else jumped in and took over straight away. Highly recommended.
