I bought a property from Lee of Bairstow's in 2010. He and his team looked after us, myself and the wife, then and so when selling we decided to use Lee again. We have been very happy on both occasions with Bairstow's communication and helpfulness. Their insight into the local area is very good and their information is first hand as they are locals :-) We would thoroughly recommend using Bairstow Eves' of Rainham, Essex. Thank you for all your help

Received a free property valuation leaflet through the post, tried calling their Rainham branch several times in the last two weeks to book this in but nobody answers the phone during work hours. Admittedly I missed a couple of their calls too but I was in work calls.

I have used bairstows Rainham branch twice in the last year and they have been helpful knowledgeable efficient and supportive throughout the process of selling both times. Their communication is superb, if they say they will ring you with information or feedback then they do. The service they give is first class.
