They’ve been quick to update us on searches, surveys, and solicitor progress, and have made sure both sides stay aligned. It’s been a genuinely smooth experience and we’ve felt well supported throughout. Would definitely recommend them to anyone selling locally. Special thanks to Sean and Ted, they’ve been brilliant throughout the whole process. We had five different agents visit before choosing who to list with, and only Sean and one other agent from a rival firm gave us a genuinely good vibe. Bairstow ultimately won out because of their client base and the confidence they inspired from the start. I made the right decision as we had viewings immediately resulting in an offer being accepted very quickly. Anthony Bell kept in regular contact and accompanied the viewings on our behalf. My experience with this agent has been extremely disappointing they have literally put us through hoops and loops just verifying our identity. Even using there own app which proved insufficient in their eyes confirm8ng our ID .We instructed them in April 26 and they dragged their feet. If that was not enough. They then began to do the job of a legal adviser, raising issues of name change which was completely out of their remit. They cost us months its now June 26 . Very bad experience. Their procedures and practices on ethnicity needs to be monitored.

The team were superbly professional throughout and very efficient and supportive throughout all the usual challenges that you will expect to encounter in any sale. Quite a poor/slow service from both Anthony Bell & Hamza Ahad. No regular updates/follow ups on the viewing, I had interest in. I had to follow up although I was advised I’d receive an update a week prior about & submitted all documentation to get an agreement in principle and hadn’t heard anything back from the mortgage advisor in 2 weeks very slow company, wouldn’t recommend if you want fast progression.
