GoogleBeware of using this agency. Completely untrustworthy.
We had a multi-agency agreement with this agency and had agreed the same commission rate as with the other two agencies. In person, they agreed to the same commission rate and then surreptitiously increased it in the contract. It's only at the end of the entire venture - which is long and dragged out in itself, given I had to coordinate the agent and give daily instructions to follow up with the buyer, you're faced with a surprise sum in the final invoice.
Do not recommend!

I am sorry that despite the initial findings being made known to you, you have felt the need in the first instance to leave such comments rather than proceed with our appeals process. As you have recognised in your own correspondence with us, you have only been charged the same commission fee as to which you agreed to within your contract.
Further advise has been provided to you in order to assist you with the appeals process and I am aware you are now looking to follow this.
