As per the previous reviews little or nothing has changed I have an update on the sewer lid that I have in writing that is the wrong type as detailed by United Utilities back in Jan 2024I washed and cleaned my car on my drive today but ended up with a headache so bad from the fumes that I ended up in bed for 2 hours with tables to recover This issue should have been resolved back in August or September last year Not only is it a horrible smell but a hazard to health Maybe the HSE could apply some pressure to have it sorted out.

NHBC Standards 10.2.9 states Subsoil should not be placed over topsoil. Construction rubbish and debris should be removed from the garden and other areas around the home before topsoiling, and before or after planting, turfing or seeding.This is not the case for my property I am waiting for the garden to be rotavated and the construction debris to be removed this includes 3/4 bricks, broken concrete kerb sections a piece of reinforcing steel bar stuck in the mud. Mainly found on or just below the surface certainly not below the 300mm and 450mm the NMBC standards reference Remember the completion date was 14 July today is 5th November
