brought a new house at Principal Point, Telford. 138 snags/ defects all caused by poor workmanship and lack of attention to detail.Lovells customer service is dire, you have to do all the chasing. Told this morning by site manager that my snags are not his priority. Avoid at all costs

1 star is too much for this horrendous builder. We have had to replace everything in the house. Everything has leaked multiple times. Their customer care is none existent. DO NOT BUY A LOVELL PROPERTY

The service after purchase is poor. I have called customer care service several times because of issues we found in the house after we moved into the house, but they keep saying they will send someone and we have not seen anyone.

The worst company to deal with. From start to finish and we’ve not even finished. Poor communication. I would not recommend buying a Lovell home to anyone. Absolutely disgraceful.

Really disappointed with Lovells. After promising to install land drainage in our waterlogged garden the Regional Director has now gone back on his undertaking. Other tenants on this estate have been let down with numerous outstanding snags and major issues. We are regretting the day we decided to purchase this property 18 months ago as we are still unable to fully use and enjoy the garden, having also lost many shrubs and plants through the flooding issue.
