Hello Pedro, I have checked our systems and cannot find any record of yourself on our files, would you mind contacting one of our team to discuss the reason behind your rating please as it does not seem we have provided you with a service? If we have have in fact dealt with yourself and have provided a poor service we would like the opportunity to discuss this with yourself directly as ratings like this without any background do not provide us with the opportunity to investigate and improve where required. If it is possible this rating has been left in error, we would appreciate it being removed as it can have a detrimental effect on our overall rating. Many Thanks 02085597474
