GoogleVery poor ,there was a tenant that had left one of CGT property's and left 4 bags of household rubbish outside on the grass verge ,I had to ring 5 times over 3 weeks and rang to speak to the Manager Chris Robinson but I had no return call ,told CGT that the cats and foxes had got to the rubbish,this is not the first time we've had problems over the years ,I then rang and told them I was going to put a photo on facebook and other media platforms and low and behold the rubbish was gone that day,no respect for the other ppl that live in the area ,only resin for 1 star is so this will get posted

GoogleWould never recommend... terrible and have no interest in the tenants at all... would take months for then to sort anything out and even longer if it meant then actually doing something... never heard a single thing from them unless it was the rent going up or they had an issue

GoogleThe ladies at CGT Quedgeley, have been absolutely fantastic. I have rented for 14 years with several letting agencies and private landlords and never had such great service. Chelsi in particular has been there every step of the way and went above and beyond to help us find our new home. She is credit to CGT. We also had to contact maintenance for a minor plumbing issue, which was resolved within a day of calling them, showing yet again fantastic service. Thank you all for all your hard work.

GoogleAlways a real pain to deal with as a tenant, seemed very little interest beyond taking their monthly payment and that any issues were a hassle to them. Always seemed to side against me as a tenant, a few specific examples in under 2 years of renting; •New flat horribly dirty, especially in the kitchen, only after pushing them they sent the landlord round on the first night •Washing machine supplied in the property broke down, not interested in replacing or fixing, told me they could remove it if I wanted.. •Heating broke in winter, had no heating or hot water for some time, little urgency or interest to fix, had to shower in the gym •Despite not caring of the flat condition on move in they picked up on every dust spot on moving out and only dropped the claim amount on threat of arbitration, still taking a sizeable amount from me

GoogleHave used CGT in Quedgeley for many years and find the staff helpful, ,professional and pleasent to talk to. I have had experience of other letting agents but found CGT to be the best. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
